南通市区今年新增4963套公租房 超额完成指标

　　今年初，省政府下达了南通市区新增3000套以上公共租赁住房建设目标任务。记者从市房管部门了解到，截至目前，市区已落实公共租赁住房4963套，超额完成全年目标任务。
　　今年市区分4个项目实施公共租赁房建设。其中，在港闸区秦灶街道的新秦灶人家园一期，集中建设776套；港闸区陈桥街道的新陈桥人家园一期，集中建设500套；在跃龙路东侧、桃园路北侧的崇川开发区南区企业务工人员配套生活用房一期，集中建设1844套；苏通科技产业园职工公寓一期，集中建设684套。同时，崇川区开发区南区，市开发区等都配建了部分公共租赁房。
　　公共租赁住房的保障对象是城镇中无力通过市场购买或租赁住房的中等偏下收入住房困难家庭、新就业大学生和外来务工人员。市政府要求各级政府要继续加大财政资金对建设公共租赁住房的支持力度，在辖区内建设一批示范性公共租赁住房项目，通过采取土地、财税、金融等支持政策，吸引社会力量参与公共租赁住房投资建设。
