　　十一假期，您的手机上收到的除了亲朋好友的祝福短信外，最多的恐怕就是众多楼盘广告了。“十一黄金周”以往都是各大楼盘的销售旺季，但在今年，商品房销售却比以往冷清得多，金九银十早已风光不在。
　　昨天是国庆长假后的第一天，从市房产交易中心了解到，截止当天上午，他们的计算机终端共接收到10月1日至8日，市区各楼盘交易备案登记信息56条，其中，涉及住宅共36套。从分布范围看，港闸区21套，新城区6套，新东区6套，主城区2套，开发区才1套，销售最好的是位于港闸区北翼新城的一处楼盘，国庆期间共卖出14套。不过和市房产交易中心提供的去年同期的数据相比，今年国庆长假的楼市可以说是十分清冷，交易量跌了近8成。
　　专家称，过去每年的九、十月份是开发商推盘的高峰期，从今年来看，整个推盘量在全年仍达到了高峰，但由于受到楼市调控的影响，特别是限贷政策对市场的影响，老百姓的心理预期也发生变化，所以无法再复制往年金九银十的景象。
　　在交易量大幅缩水的同时，目前市区商品房的价格没有出现明显变化。
